You'll have the choice of departing from two different stations in Turin, Porta Nuova and Porta Susa. There are also two station options in Rome, Termini and Tiburtina. Turin Porta Nuova train station is the city's main trains station terminus and operates the more frequent travel options between these two destinations. When travelling via train between Turin and Rome, you'll be able to choose between first and second_class tickets.
