The journey from Sylt to Hamburg main station was very uncomplicated and quick. The reserved seats were found quickly and had a power socket for charging mobile phones. The wifi on the train also worked perfectly, and the train staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we had to wait a little outside Hamburg's main station until a track was free for our train. But that was not a big deal.
