Coop minimarket is also located a little way along Platform 1. Alternatively, the Mercato Centrale is an artisan food and drink market some way along Platform 24, good for grabbing pizza slices to take on the train. It is open every day from 8:00am until midnight.

A selection of bars and trattorias are located on the Terrazza Termini one floor above the ground level between the central concourse and platforms concourse.

The only available bank at the station is called Banca Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze, located on the ground floor on the side of Piazza Adua. The bank counter is open from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 1:30pm and from 2:45pm to 4:15pm.
