The journey was very pleasant and went without a hitch. The train was not delayed and I had a very comfortable seat with plenty of legroom. My seat also had a table where I could place my laptop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a more relaxed alternative to travelling by car, the train offers this option. Very good value! I will definitely do it again
Advantages

Disadvantages
IconDelay
To begin with, I would like to mention what was fortunately the only disadvantage. The train was almost 10 minutes late. Apart from that, I can only say that the toilets were very clean and the wifi was consistently good the whole time. In addition, the staff were always open to questions and happy to help if anything was unclear. The price for the ticket was also very fair. I give it four stars.

Disadvantages
IconDelay
The only disadvantage was that the train arrived 20 minutes late. Otherwise, there were almost only advantages. The staff were definitely helpful and friendly. It was also very hygienic and the toilets were well cleaned. I bought the ticket online at a reasonable price. To summarise, I can give it four stars and recommend the connection. There was no need to change trains.
Advantages

Disadvantages
IconInternet
Unfortunately, the internet speed on this connection was only 10 megabits per second, which I found very unfortunate. Nevertheless, the train was on time and I was pleased that the staff spoke excellent English. The sanitary facilities were definitely kept very clean. I had a table at my seat and plenty of space under the seat where I could stow my travelling bag.
Advantages
IconGreat view
Disadvantages
IconDelay of 5 minutes
I thought the view from my seat was beautiful. My train was about five minutes late, but I don't see that as a bad thing. The staff were polite. I also think it was very positive that the train was quite clean. As all the passengers were quiet and there was good wifi, I watched a film during the journey. I was able to pay for the ticket online by bank transfer.
Advantages
IconHygienic
In retrospect, this is a train connection that I would book again without hesitation. The staff were very friendly and were able to help me with any queries I had. I was very pleasantly surprised, as I am used to trains being at least a few minutes late. However, my train arrived exactly on time. As a result, I give it 5 stars!
Advantages

It was a business journey. Fortunately, the train was not delayed. It was very clean and I felt very comfortable. The internet was very good, so I was able to work on the journey. All the passengers were calm and relaxed. My seat was kept relatively clean and was very comfortable. I bought my ticket on the website. Recommended for private and business journeys!

IconMy train was late
I really have some positives to report. It was very clean and the staff were very polite and attentive. The cleaners did an excellent job. The train was 5 minutes late. I did not have to change trains and the journey time was about 5 hours. The train number was 21409.

IconLack of punctuality
Here it looks relatively balanced in terms of the ratio between advantages and disadvantages. The advantages include the hygiene in the toilets and in the seating area, the comfort on my bench and the fast network connection. The disadvantages include the lack of punctuality and the fact that the staff didn't seem particularly friendly to me. On balance, this results in 4 stars.
