Also, the staff was very friendly, polite and nice. They always respected their guests and tried their best to resolve their concerns. Also, the wifi was efficient. I was able to make calls and be entertained. The seats were also very comfortable and cosy, which made my journey much easier. However, the train did not arrive on time in Sorrento and there was minimal attention paid to hygiene, as the toilets were very unkempt. I also had to change trains several times, which made the journey more difficult as I always had to go back and forth with my suitcase. But overall the journey was surprisingly good.

First of all, the train was on time and, as I said, the journey was very short, but unfortunately the journey wasn't organised properly, so there were too many passengers and I didn't have a seat.
