The journey, which took 45 minutes, went by very quickly. The scenery was beautiful and the seats were comfortable. The volume on the train was fine and it was clean. The conductor was nice and I didn't have to change trains. The toilet was clean and there were power sockets. We were also on time in Parma.

All in all, it was a very successful journey that was very relaxed. The train ran according to the timetable and I arrived on time. There was also a good level of comfort as well as good facilities with wifi and power sockets. The train was also quite clean and the toilets were hygienic. The staff were reasonably friendly but quite patient. The value for money was very good. I can definitely recommend it

This time the journey began with a positive experience. The train was surprisingly punctual. What I didn't like at all, however, was the staff, who were anything but helpful or friendly. However, I must praise the cleaning staff, who did an excellent job in terms of cleanliness. I bought the ticket at a customer-friendly price.

The journey was very short and took just under an hour. Unfortunately, we arrived in Parma about 10 minutes late. But I'm still satisfied because the staff were super nice and the seats were very comfortable. There were power sockets and it was quiet on the train. I also didn't have to change trains.

Unfortunately, the train was not on time. However, the train and the sanitary facilities were very clean. The wifi and reception were constant and fast. I would also say that the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make the journey pleasant. I think that the price-performance ratio was very good. I would like to give my recommendation and four stars.

I have nothing negative to say about this connection. The train was on time to the minute. The staff also went out of their way to make the journey as pleasant as possible. The sanitary facilities and benches were very hygienic and clean. I bought the ticket on the website without having any problems. Overall, I give the connection five stars.

At the time, I thought that hygiene was good. From today's perspective, however, I can say that not much attention was paid to cleanliness on the train. There were no sanitiser dispensers anywhere and the seats were not cleaned properly. Unfortunately, I also remember unmotivated staff who didn't really care about making the passengers feel comfortable. Unfortunately, this was only good enough for 3 stars. The train was on time except for 4 minutes.

As I am used to, the train arrived at the station on time. I quickly found my own seat and just lay back for the first part of the journey. When I looked out of the window, I had an unforgettable view of the Italian mountains. I think, having travelled by train a few times before, I can judge the price quite well. It was a reasonable amount. As far as cleanliness is concerned, I give it my OK.

I was very happy that my train was very punctual. The staff were very polite and spoke very good English. The price I paid for the ticket on the website was very fair.
