I can only recommend it, the view is amazing and the journey was very relaxed as the train was on time and I didn't have to change trains, which saved me a lot of stress. The train was also clean and had comfortable seats. The staff were very friendly and you could see exactly where you were on the journey on a screen. The price-performance ratio was very good in my eyes.

My journey from Milan to Genoa was very good as the price was quite reasonable and good value in my opinion. The train also arrived in Genoa on time. The wifi connection was extremely efficient and stable. I was able to make calls, be entertained and do my work on my laptop during the journey. The staff were also very friendly, polite and helpful. They were always there for their guests' questions and concerns. Unfortunately, the volume was not optimal and hygiene was not particularly well looked after. The toilets and seats were not clean and hygienic. There were several transfers, which made the journey more time-consuming and difficult, as I had to change trains all the time. But it was a good journey!
