The punctuality of the train on this route was very good. The train arrived at the exact scheduled departure time and reached its destination without any major delays, the train was in a very clean condition. The seats as well as the floor were well maintained and there were no stains that I noticed. Another big plus was the availability of power sockets on the train. This allowed me to charge my video camera during the journey, the train was well accessible for people with mobility impairments. The toilets on the train were clean and well maintained. There was soap and paper towels available. Overall, the train journey from Karlsruhe to Berlin was very satisfactory.

Both the carriages and the toilets were very hygienic. The regular maintenance helped to make the passengers and myself feel very comfortable. The comfortable seats and ample space for luggage made the journey even more relaxing. I was also impressed by the performance of the railway. The train journey was extremely punctual and the journey time was exactly as stated by the railway. The train travelled quietly and without any disturbing vibrations, which also made the journey very relaxing overall. The option of using wifi during the journey helped me a lot with my work. In conclusion, I can unreservedly recommend the train connection from Karlsruhe to Berlin in first class. The customer service, the cleanliness and the staff in the first class made the journey with Deutsche Bahn a successful experience.
