IconPoor communication
The train had sufficient seating capacity. The wifi worked well, as did the power sockets. The train was also clean and looked well maintained. It would have been possible to reserve a seat on the EC. As always, the seats on the EC were very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a strong storm yesterday, which is why the trains were severely delayed or cancelled. I would have liked better communication here. It seems as if they are always overwhelmed and don't learn from past major disruptions. Nevertheless, the staff were very friendly and patient. The connection was possible without changing trains and took about 1 1/2 hours.
