The train offered exceptionally good comfort, due in particular to the ergonomic and comfortable seats and the well-balanced air conditioning. The service on board was good, as the staff was always eager and friendly. The train left Hamburg on time and also arrived in Freiburg on time. I can highly recommend this connection.

NoneI travelled from Hamburg to Freiburg with the ICE 77 and was extremely enthusiastic. It started with the purchase of the ticket, which was relatively inexpensive for this route. Very good comfort with ergonomic seats. There were plenty of beautiful views on the journey, as the train travels through almost the whole of Germany. There were no delays on the entire journey as far as I know. The staff was very friendly and the hygiene in the train was not to be complained about either.
