Against this background, I did not like the service quality on the day of travel, as the staff seemed very unfriendly. The cleanliness of the train was generally satisfactory. The seats and floors were clean and there was no obvious litter. The train has power sockets at most seats, which was very convenient for those who needed to charge their devices. The wifi was very stable and strong. The toilets were clean and well maintained. However, they were sometimes overcrowded during peak times. The train connection from Hamburg to Darmstadt was overall pleasant and very satisfactory in my opinion.
