I really enjoyed the journey from Edinburgh to Glasgow. The train was on time and I arrived in Glasgow on time. The toilets were very clean. They paid attention to hygiene and a lot of things were disinfected. There was a table showing where I was. There was a lot of choice when it came to food and the food was very tasty. The staff were very nice. Food was also provided. On the train, the atmosphere was great. The seats were very comfortable as there were reclining seats. The wifi was very good and I had access to electricity at my seat. I definitely recommend it as everything was fine. My ticket was very cheap.
Advantages
Icongreat atmosphere
It was the best decision to go on this trip during the Christmas season because the atmosphere was great and the staff were motivated and in a very good mood. The trip in Scotland was in the normal class. There was a special Christmas dinner and also special menus. Then there was also a Christmas milk drink, which was very tasty. On top of all that, hygiene was included and everything was clean. Of course, punctuality was also a must. A great trip, it was a very good experience, I can really only recommend it and would repeat it 100 per cent.
Advantages
IconPlenty of choice of dishes.
This trip was a trip that was abroad. That was also a great experience. When I was on the train, I took a look at the menu and immediately noticed that foreign dishes were on offer. My meal was also very tasty. There were also vegetarian dishes. What I also found very cool was that the train had a very nice neon colour on the outside and was also very nice on the inside. There was also a little activity, namely newspapers and blocks for drawing or painting. I also thought it was very cool that you could borrow books. There was also a lot of choice when it came to desserts. The train was also clean. I can happily recommend the whole thing. In general, it gets a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars. My ticket was also relatively cheap.
Advantages
Icongreat atmosphere
I really enjoyed this trip in Scotland. The staff were very friendly and humorous. Attention was paid to hygiene, for example disinfectant. The toilets were also clean. The food was OK. I had good wifi and full signal. The atmosphere was great and the view from the window was also great. I can commend the trip to others, as there was nothing I didn't like. I also like the fact that the seats were very comfortable and the power sockets were right by the seat. There was also a dining table, which was cosy. My ticket was also cheap.
Advantages
IconNice staff
It was a great ride. I had wifi and multiple power outlets at my seat. My seat was very comfortable. The volume on the train was very reasonable and pleasant. The staff were very nice and there were many menus, some vegan. We were always informed where we were, which I thought was great! On the train, it was, see clean and especially the toilets. The train arrived on time and there were no changes. I can recommend the trip to everyone, because everything was just right. Great trip!
Advantages
IconFast free wifi
IconBuilt-in sockets
IconComfortable seats
Disadvantages
IconSlight delay on arrival
IconPartly unfriendly guests
The train journey from Edinaburgh to Glasgow was an average experience. The train was equipped with modern amenities such as power sockets and wifi, but the comfort of the seats was not particularly outstanding. The cleanliness of the train was okay, but there were a few stains here and there. The service was average, the staff was polite but not particularly attentive. Overall, the train journey was okay, but not outstanding.
Advantages
IconPleasant ride
This trip back in Scotland was super, as there was nothing I didn't like. My train arrived on time and I was smiled at by the staff as soon as I boarded. The staff were very very nice to me and also very good about service. I felt comfortable when I used the toilets. The food was very tasty and my wifi was very good . I had a power socket at my seat, or rather several power sockets at my seat, which worked without any problems. I can definitely recommend the trip as my ticket was also cheap. Also, Glasgow is very beautiful.
Advantages
Iconvery favourable
It was a great trip in Scotland at the time. The train in Edinburgh was very, very clean and cultural. Also, a lot of attention was paid to hygiene and the passengers showed empathy. The staff were very friendly. The wifi was very good and my view was great. In addition, the staff looked after me all the time and asked if everything was OK, which I thought was great. My train also arrived on time, of course. I can only recommend the trip because everything was taken care of. On top of that, Glasgow is very beautiful.
Advantages
IconVery clean train
Disadvantages
IconTrain was 10 minutes late
It was a very good ride in second class. The train was very clean and so were the toilets. The only thing I didn't like was that the train was 10 minutes late. But it was very good value for money. I am very happy to recommend it. I also ordered food and the food was very tasty. I even had wifi the wifi was very good I would love to go again. I recommend it to others.
Advantages
IconVery nice staff
It was a great train ride. I had my own power socket at my seat. My seat was very comfortable and the train was very quiet. I was in second class. When I got on the train, the staff smiled at me. My meal tasted very good. It was great value for money. I can recommend it to others because I liked the food very much. My tea was also very tasty!
