The booking of the online ticket went smoothly and quickly, I was able to print the ticket easily and comfortably at home thanks to the clear app. My train arrived on time, I found my seat very quickly, which was very comfortable and pleasant, the staff looked well-groomed and were always polite and present. The toilet made a neat impression and it had all the means for catering. There was wifi as well as electricity on the train, which was very convenient as you could charge your smartphone, I can happily recommend this train service.

Iconunclean toilet
A friend of mine recommended this train connection to me, and I wanted to try it out instead of always going by car, which is actually too expensive for me. Unfortunately, the train arrived much too late, so my plans got mixed up. Although the train was travelling very fast, I still didn't make it. Unfortunately, there were no staff to give me information. The floor was sticky and smelled unpleasant, I can say the same about the toilet, it was just unpleasant. The price of the ticket was just too expensive for me, which makes me want to continue to move around by car.

I had to travel from Frankfurt to Mainz for a business appointment. The fastest way is by ICE. The journey takes less than an hour and the trains run very frequently. The punctuality is a bit of a problem. Sometimes a train is cancelled. The Frankfurt train station is often very frightening, especially for me as a woman. I have already been threatened on the platform by drug addicts. So always be careful. The trains are often very dirty due to the clientele and smell very unpleasant.
Advantages
IconPleasant
Disadvantages
IconNone
It was a relaxed and pleasant trip that I made. Everything actually went smoothly. The train arrived on time and there was no jostling when boarding. Once on the train, I immediately found my seat, the seats were comfortable and clean, there was enough space. It was pleasantly quiet, so you could read your book. The journey was very relaxed. I did not have any negative experiences.

IconRelaxed and lots to see
Disadvantages
IconA little too loud
It was a very relaxed and pleasant journey from Frankfurt am Main to Mainz. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was enough comfort as well as electricity and wifi on board. You could get a coffee during the journey to pass the time. Unfortunately, the train was a bit too noisy, so you couldn't really relax. The toilets were very clean and tidy and there was plenty of toilet paper, soap and paper towels. You could wonderfully enjoy the landscape during the journey, which makes the trip much more pleasant. My recommendation.
Advantages
IconEverything in order
Disadvantages
IconActually none
The train was almost on time. There was a minimal delay of about 5 minutes, but this was quickly made up for. The cleanliness on the train from Frankfurt to Mainz was very good. The seats, floor and windows were very neat and clean. The availability of power outlets on the train was convenient, especially for travellers with electronic devices. The train was well accessible for people with reduced mobility. There were wheelchair spaces and accessible toilets. The toilets were okay, but not outstanding. They could have been a little cleaner. The bistro on the train offers a good selection of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. The service was friendly and fast.
