Chaotic railway station in StuttgartOn my journey to Mainz by ICE, I was very pleasantly surprised by the good wifi connection and the films and entertainment media provided. There were power sockets at every seat, which are very convenient. The train and the toilets were clean. Thanks to the many railway employees, questions and requests could be made at any time. With a delay of only 2 minutes, I consider the train to be on time. The price was fair

One negative thing I have noticed, however, is that the trains are often very crowded and you can barely stand. It's rare to find a seat. The sudden delay also reminded me of this. On the other hand, you can't complain about the price-performance ratio. The staff also endeavoured to share all known information during the announcements. However, none of them came by on the train itself. The train was also very clean, as were the toilets - much better than on regional services.
