Pro
Iconvery favourable
It's incredible how cheap this trip was. It's simply amazing for a journey in 1st class and 2 people for only €75.80. I also liked everything. The train arrived on time and was also very clean. I had good wifi and a power socket at my seat. The noise level on the train was low. The staff were very friendly, correct and there were many menus. The food was also delicious. The toilets were also clean. For all the positive reasons, I can only recommend the trip. Great ride and incredibly cheap.
Pro
IconThe observance of hygiene
I made this trip because I was flying from Munich airport. The wifi was super good. The staff tried very hard and did their job perfectly. Attention was paid to hygiene. The food was very tasty and also looked appealing. There was plenty of room. I definitely recommend the trip. It gets 5 out of 5 stars. In addition, the toilets were clean and the train arrived on time. My ticket was a bit expensive, but the service was great.
Pro
IconVery modern train.
I took this train ride because I was flying from Munich airport. The train looked very modern and was also very beautiful. The view from the window was also very nice. What I found very very great was that the heaters worked without any problems, otherwise I would have been cold, as it was very cold at the time. I also really liked the service because it was very fast. In addition, my train arrived very punctually and waited until all passengers had boarded inside. For a journey in first class and two people, 75 € is very very good. I think you can already imagine that I can definitely recommend the trip. I can also only rate it five out of five stars, as the price-performance ratio was also top. Great ride!
Pro
IconPunctuality
I took this trip because I was flying from Munich airport. My train arrived on time and the staff were very motivated, which in turn improved my mood. My journey was in 1st class and I felt totally comfortable during the journey as there was no noise on the train, or baby crying in general. I could use the toilets and there were several toilets, all of them were clean. There was also a lot of attention paid to hygiene. The service food was delicious. For all the reasons, 5 stars and a recommendation.
Pro
IconVery good wifi
I drove this trip because I flew from Munich airport and it was great. There were no negative things, only positive things, and I would like to say in advance that I can therefore recommend it. The best thing of all was my wifi, I had no problems at all and was able to make calls and download everything. I was also very impressed by the service, which was really great (speed, etc.). In addition, my ticket was really very cheap for two people and a trip in first class. The staff also smiled at me when I got on the train, which improved my mood. In general, I definitely deserved five out of five stars.
Pro
IconPunctuality
My train arrived on time and it had wifi. My seat was very comfortable and I had a power socket on my seat. It was quiet on the train and I had been given a plaster for no sore. The staff were very nice and the food was delicious. The toilets were clean. I can definitely recommend it as my ticket was cheap.
Pro
Iconnice employees
I went on this trip because I was flying from Munich airport. The atmosphere was great and so was the view. The staff were very nice and built up a lot of conversations, for example they talked to me about my flight. The services were great and my wifi was good. I didn't have to change trains and my train was on time. I can recommend it. In addition, my ticket was relatively cheap. Finally, I want to mention that the journey didn't feel that long.
Pro
IconAir conditioning
Cons
IconNarrow smoking zone
It was a super ride. The first thing I want to mention is the only negative, and that is that the smoking area was too cramped, the thing I have to mention is that the staff were so blatantly nice waiting and not smoking so that the passengers had space in the smoking area. That was a hero move by the sympathetic staff. The service was great and very fast. There was also air conditioning to keep us warm, which was great. My ticket was also good value . The biggest reason why I recommend the ride is that the toilets were very clean. Great ride!
Pro
Iconrapid travel
Cons
IconHeaters were not on
The ride was good. The time passed quickly and the view from the window was totally beautiful, but unfortunately the ride was in winter and the heaters were not on. I had felt comfortable using the toilets. There was also a smoking area where I could smoke. Moreover, the staff were very humorous and I had smoked with them. A trip I can recommend to others.

IconPrice is OK.
Cons
Iconunhygienic
IconNot so good service
The trip was about 2 years ago, but we can remember it. Me and my wife went in the afternoon. The train was on time and the prices were OK. Now I want to mention the negative points, namely: it was unhygienic on the train, the toilets had an unpleasant smell and the food was delivered cold. Nevertheless, I can recommend it because of the price. In general, the ride was OK. The strength is the wifi and punctuality and the weakness is the unclean toilets. Yes, why are 3 stars little? It's more than half.

IconPunctual
IconComfortable
Cons
IconToilet defective
I am very satisfied with the journey. We arrived on time at our destination station, Munich Central Station, and I was able to catch my connecting train. The conductor was very friendly and sockets and wifi were available. The train was well cleaned, the only complaint would be that one toilet was not usable.

Cons

I also had some positive experiences on the journey home. It was particularly nice to see that the train was on time and the staff were very helpful. The network was also stable throughout. I couldn't recognise any weaknesses. It was also clean and hygienic. Recommendation.
Pro
IconClean
Cons
IconNone
I definitely liked the fact that the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was also very pleasing that my train was on time. I would also like to mention that the sanitary facilities really were characterised by excellent hygiene. As the reception was also super, I can't help but give the trip a full 5 stars. I also give it my recommendation.
Pro
IconPrice-performance ratio
Cons
IconNone
I increasingly think that travelling by train is much better than domestic flights, firstly because it's cheaper and secondly because it's much less stressful. The train was on time, the service was good, I had enough space and the journey didn't take that long compared to other means of transport. The hygiene in the toilets was also quite good and there was even an on-board bistro. I think it's a good alternative to travelling by car or plane.
