Lisbon LIS to Paris PAR flight with TAP Portugal

The journey from Lisbon to Paris was amazingly good. The price was excellent as it was inexpensive compared to other airlines and therefore definitely worth it. The staff were very friendly, helpful and respectful of their guests. They were always approachable and took great interest in the wishes and concerns of their guests. Good attention was paid to hygiene, as the composting toilets, WCs and seats were very well maintained and hygienic. I was very impressed because the toilets were always cleaned by the staff in the meantime. The seats were comfortable and cosy. I had plenty of legroom and the seats were not too cramped, even though I had an economy class seat. For entertainment, there were numerous and up-to-date films, music, series and games. So I was never bored. However, I did not arrive in Paris on time, as the departure was not on time. Unfortunately, the timetable was not really adhered to. The reservation options were complicated and not transparent. The noise level was disappointingly not ideal as the passengers were very loud and there was no suitable aircraft equipment to muffle the loud noises. But overall the trip was great for the price and the service. I would recommend it to others!

I was very annoyed because I had to stand at the counter for an hour and 35 minutes to drop off my luggage. Then the lady at the counter couldn't even speak proper English. But the frustration came to an end when I was finally on the plane. It was clean and the staff looked after me very well. I spent a little less than 4 hours on the plane. The shops at the airport were very extensive and had great prices. My flight was on time to the minute and I was in a very good mood. After a one-minute safety video, we actually took off. The pilot briefly introduced himself and I was in the air shortly afterwards. I know it's not the flight attendants' fault, but I still have to mention that I've been on more hygienic planes.

Boarding was also not very organised and there were delays. The seats on board were cramped, which is to be expected on a flight of this short duration, but it was still uncomfortable. There was only a beverage service during the flight and the selection was very limited. There were no snacks, which I found disappointing on a flight of this length. The landing in Paris was on time, and the luggage arrived relatively quickly and at a solid price. Overall, it was a solid, but not outstanding flight with TAP Air Portugal. The experience could be significantly improved, especially in terms of service and comfort. I would possibly consider another airline in the future.
