I'll start by mentioning the positive aspects. Wifi access was guaranteed as well as numerous sockets. The price was also very reasonable. However, the bus arrived at the station much later than expected. There was no explanation for this. The staff were not very friendly either. When loading the suitcases, they did not really want to help the passengers. There were also no toilets on the bus.

All in all, the journey from Munich to Hamburg by bus can only be recommended. Despite the long journey time, the trip was relaxed. The bus drove quietly and we arrived in Hamburg only a few minutes late. As the seats are very comfortable, you can sit for a long time and make yourself comfortable. There is enough legroom and if you get a free seat next to you, it is even more pleasant. The passengers were friendly and in a good mood and fun conversations ensued. The bus and the toilet were clean. The air was fresh and at a pleasant temperature. I was able to charge my mobile phone with the power socket and the free internet also worked well. Everything is really pleasant and if you consider the good price, the bus trip is simply great and can only be recommended.

The bus journey from Munich to Hamburg is a good alternative to the train journey. The whole experience is relaxed and hassle-free. Despite the long journey time, it is not exhausting as the seats are comfortable and offer enough legroom. The journey itself was quiet and the atmosphere relaxed. The volume was pleasant and there were no disturbing passengers. The bus driver was friendly and the bus was clean and well ventilated. The internet didn't work all the time, but that wasn't a bad thing as it led to nice conversations with the other passengers. All in all, a great trip and highly recommended.

The bus ride from Munich to Hamburg was very pleasant, although it was quite long. As the seats in the bus are very comfortable, it was not uncomfortable to sit for so long. The bus was clean and well air-conditioned. The free internet worked great. I used the toilet quite often and it was clean until the end of the journey, the passengers were really respectful. There were also no waiting times, neither at departure nor at the toilets. I am satisfied.

IconDriver does not speak German
The journey was very long and very tiring. The seats are a real imposition for such long journeys because they are totally uncomfortable. I will only take such a long bus journey in exceptional circumstances. The people on the bus were wild (group of students) and just partied. The driver spoke broken German and only a little English. The toilet was unusable because it was so dirty (bad!). The bus arrived on time in the evening and the journey was cheap.
