Advantages
IconThe ticket is cheap
IconThe journey is on time
Disadvantages
IconThe internet did not work well
The bus ride was fine and everything went without a hitch, except for the internet, which didn't work properly. But the bus was clean and not too crowded, so it was relatively quiet. As I had booked the next seat, I could spread out well and had a relaxed journey. Booking the extra seat is also cheap. It only costs a few euros, but is hugely worth it. The bus was pleasantly ventilated and it wasn't stuffy or too warm. With the cheap prices, you can't complain either. I think the service is great and will book the bus again.

My journey from Hanover to Hamburg by bus went great. The bus left without delay and arrived in Hamburg at the ZOB only a few minutes late. The journey was quiet and very relaxed. No noise or noisy passengers. The bus driver was competent and friendly. The climate in the bus was pleasant and the free internet worked the entire journey. The toilet was freshly cleaned and the seats are very comfortable so I didn't want to get up. All in all a great trip and with the good price I can only recommend it. Always happy to do it again.

IconGreat price

IconCompetent staff
Disadvantages

The journey by bus from Hanover to Hamburg was flawless. We left early and reached Hamburg without any delays. The journey went smoothly and the mood on the bus was cheerful. Although the bus was full, it was not too noisy or stressful. The bus was clean and the seats very comfortable. You could sit comfortably even on longer journeys. I can only recommend the trip.
Advantages
IconFavourable price
IconComfortable fit
IconGood wifi
Disadvantages
IconStagnant traffic
The trip from Hanover to Hamburg with Flixbus was pretty good overall. It was a very reasonable price for the journey, in my opinion. Furthermore, the seat was very cosy and there was good wifi. The only downside was that there was quite a lot of slow-moving traffic on the journey
Advantages
IconThe route is relatively short.
IconThe seats on the FlixBus are very comfortable
Disadvantages
IconTraffic can change direction at any time, and traffic jams can quickly build up
I travelled very comfortably on the FlixBus here, the seats were particularly comfortable and soft, which I'm not used to on buses and I was very surprised. With a journey time of just over 2 hours, this is an exciting alternative to the train! The bus driver was very friendly and stowed my luggage for me, etc. Great value for money, even with a seat reservation!
Advantages
IconFriendliness of the staff
IconIncluding features such as wifi and individual climate control
IconPrice
Disadvantages
IconTraffic jam
IconToilet
You can't normally complain about the return journey from Hanover to Hamburg for an unbeatable ticket price, nor can you complain about the facilities on the bus, such as inclusive wifi and individual air conditioning, or the bus driver, who made an extremely friendly and communicative impression. Even the short traffic jam on this otherwise constantly busy route was bearable, as we still arrived in Hamburg almost on time and our bus driver was able to make up for it with his driving skills. There was only one thing I didn't understand and that was that we were told during the journey that we couldn't go to the toilet because the toilet was full, something I had never experienced before on a journey with FlixBus, because normally I take it for granted that the toilet is emptied before every journey so that passengers can go to the toilet without having to wait for a stop and there is no stress on the bus.
