I booked the bus for my trip to Hamburg and I am very satisfied. The bus was on time and there were no delays, although the traffic was a bit sticky at times. The bus was not full and the volume was pleasant. Since I always book my seat plus a side seat for a few euros, I have enough space and can travel in a relaxed manner. Everything top, on time, clean and relaxed at very cheap prices. I will gladly book again.

IconA comfortable ride
Disadvantages
IconI see no weaknesses
The ticket for the bus was easy to book online and was sent to me immediately by e-mail. This digital ticket is then valid on the mobile phone at the start of the journey and you don't need a printer. The bus left Hamburg on schedule and, after a quiet journey, arrived at the destination again on schedule. As there was hardly any foot traffic on the bus, the journey was quiet and the other passengers also chatted at a pleasant volume. I arrived stress-free and always find it a fabulous journey by bus. No stress and no hustle and bustle. In addition, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable and therefore really recommended.

I had a great bus ride from Hamburg to Hanover. Everything went without delay and we had a relaxed journey. There was little traffic and the bus arrived in Hamburg on time. The bus driver was very friendly and the atmosphere in the bus was really pleasant. You other passengers were also very nice and it was not noisy. The seats are clean and offer good space for the legs. My seat was also very comfortable and I could have sat longer. I used the free internet and just enjoyed the ride. Good price and good ride. Only recommended.

The journey from Hamburg to Hanover went flawlessly. I can only recommend the bus. We arrived in Hanover on time. The ride was pleasant and the seats very comfortable. The bus was well ventilated and very clean. The wifi worked well and I had a stable internet connection the whole way. The bus driver was friendly and very thoughtful in putting the suitcases in the hold before the journey. Very satisfied all round, I like taking the bus.
Advantages

IconBus driver was extremely friendly

Disadvantages
IconTraffic on the A2 motorway and in the Elbe tunnel area is unpredictable
The return journey from Hamburg to Hanover with the FlixBus was also great, although this time we were travelling for just under 2.5 hours, which is still a good time if you compare it with the train (if you're not necessarily travelling on the ICE). As usual, the equipment on the bus was excellent, the wifi worked without failures and the seats were adjustable and very comfortable. The bus driver was also very communicative and helpful.
Advantages
IconEquipment such as wifi, comfortable seats and toilet
IconExtremely friendly bus driver
IconLow passenger density
Disadvantages
IconTraffic jam during the journey
IconOverheated bus
The journey from Hamburg to Hanover was rather mediocre, the bus was only filled to a very low percentage, we had an extremely friendly and communicative bus driver and the interior and services such as wifi were great as usual. The only problems on the journey were the heaters, which were generally controlled and made the whole bus unbearably warm and the one thing you never want on a bus journey, namely traffic jams on the A2, which cost us 1 hour and thus added +30% to the journey time, which is of course not necessarily a problem of the bus company, but is due to other influences.
