Booking the bus ticket was very easy to do online and was sent as a PDF by email. I find it remarkable what a wide choice of travel dates there is and if you want to travel at night, the bus ticket is even cheaper. The value for money is fabulous and I also appreciate the really quick booking. The journey itself was quiet and the journey was on time, departure and arrival in Cologne Hbf were on schedule. The internet did not work on the bus during the journey, which was the only weakness. Otherwise, the bus trip is really recommendable. I will gladly take the bus again.

I took the bus from Hamburg to Cologne and can recommend the trip. The bus driver was very friendly and helped me with my luggage. The journey was pleasant and went without any problems. We left on time and arrived at our destination. The bus and seats are clean and there is plenty of legroom. You travel in a relaxed manner as the seats are really comfortable. Of course, it is best if you have a free seat next to you. The power outlet and free internet worked. Sometimes the internet was a bit weak, but this also happens on the train or in the car. All around only recommended, especially with the great prices of the bus tickets.

My return journey on the Flixbus from Hamburg to Cologne was similarly pleasant. As there was only a very low passenger density, the journey was very quiet and relaxed and there was a pleasant atmosphere on board. The bus driver also seemed very competent, committed and friendly and drove in a really pleasant style. The equipment was excellent as usual, there were very comfortable upholstered seats, which were also individually adjustable, free wifi on board and a toilet. There were also no problems stowing luggage and there was more than enough space for everyone due to the low passenger density.

The coach journey from Hamburg to Cologne was extremely relaxed. The coach driver was friendly and very communicative, we didn't get stuck in any traffic jams or gridlocked traffic and the equipment on the seats was excellent. There was free wifi, upholstered seats and individual air conditioning. All in all, it was a solid coach journey and the price was right too.
