The ticket is digitally valid and no printing is required. The departure was on schedule, there was unfortunately a small delay on the way into Cologne. However, the whole journey was stress-free and actually relaxed as the bus is relatively quiet and comfortable. The internet worked poorly during the journey, but otherwise there were no weaknesses for me. Price-performance ratio is great and always a good trip.
