I was travelling from Cologne to Munich and both stops Stuttgart and Augsburg were on the way. The train left Stuttgart on time at 03:39 and arrived in Augsburg on time at 05:29. The toilets and the train were clean. It was easy to charge your mobile phone. The ticket was also cheap. The only downside was the bright lighting, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

I travel a lot for work and therefore also use the connection from Stuttgart to Augsburg. Unfortunately, the toilet overflowed on the journey and the whole train smelled very unpleasant. But the train was on time and the ticket was very reasonably priced.

Like almost every train, this train was once again significantly late. The seats were very old and partly broken. Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work either. There was a strong odour coming from the toilets, which we passengers unfortunately had to endure for the entire journey.

The punctuality of the train connection was impressive. The train departed and arrived in Stuttgart and Augsburg exactly on schedule. This allowed me to plan my journey precisely. The cleanliness of the train was good overall. The seats and floor were tidy and I couldn't find any major soiling. The staff ensured that the train remained clean during the journey. The availability of power sockets on the train was excellent. It allowed me to charge my electronic devices throughout the journey. The toilets were clean but the size could be improved. Sometimes there were queues and space in the toilets was limited. The bistro offering on the train was good, with a variety of food and drinks. Overall, my journey from Stuttgart to Augsburg was pleasant, and I appreciate the efforts of the staff to provide a good service.
