Advantages
IconComfortable seats with sufficient legroom
IconExisting sockets
Disadvantages

I can only recommend this train journey. I had no waiting time at all, as the train arrived on time exactly at the specified time. Sitting in the seats was also very pleasant as the seats were very comfortable. There were also power sockets and free wifi, which was easy to use during the journey. The staff was nice and very friendly. The toilet was clean and sanitised. All in all, very well run
Advantages
IconGood comfort on the train
IconShort travel time
IconGood selection in the on-board bistro
Disadvantages
IconNone
I found my train journey from Berlin to Augsburg generally very pleasant. The time on the train itself passed very quickly and there was definitely no lack of comfort. I visited the on-board bistro during my journey and was very surprised by the selection of food and drinks there. In addition, the food and drinks in the on-board restaurant are not as expensive as you would think. In addition, the staff was always very friendly and always kept us informed about our connecting trains. I had no complaints at all about the cleanliness of the train. The train journey could not have been better.
Advantages
IconFast train connection
IconClean train
IconBiscuit during the ride
Disadvantages
IconNothing to note
I made my train journey from Berlin to Augsburg in first class and was completely delighted with the service. The staff were visibly concerned and really took time for us. In addition, we received a small biscuit in the middle of the journey with the inscription "Lieblingsgast". In first class you have a very nice legroom and also otherwise a lot of space for your personal belongings. It couldn't have been better, I would take the train again anytime.
Advantages
IconService
Disadvantages
IconCatering
The punctuality of the train journey was average. The train started at the scheduled time, but there were some small delays during the journey, which were not too annoying. The service on board was fine. The train staff were polite and helpful, although they were not particularly present. The announcements on the train were understandable and gave basic information about the next stops. The train's facilities were average. The seats were comfortable enough, but there was not much legroom. The air conditioning worked well and kept the train at a comfortable temperature. There were also power sockets to charge electronic devices, which was convenient. One drawback, however, was the limited choice of food options on board. There was only one small snack trolley with limited food and drink choices. It would be desirable to have a wider selection of snacks and drinks available, especially on longer train journeys. Overall, the train journey from Berlin to Augsburg was acceptable. Although there is some room for improvement, overall the journey was pleasant and the main requirements were met.
Advantages
IconPunctual
Disadvantages
IconNone
The return journey was also very nice. I was always able to ask questions and was treated in a friendly and informative manner. Unfortunately, the train wasn't quite on time, but I don't think that's a bad thing. The seats were very comfortable. There was also a relaxed atmosphere on the train. The network connection was very stable and I have no complaints. A definite recommendation!
Advantages
IconGood service
IconAverage comfort
Disadvantages
IconNot clean
IconUnstable wifi
My train journey from Berlin to Augsburg was quite good. The staff on board provided a pleasant service and were always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the train was poor, especially the toilets could have been better maintained. That was really less pleasing. The price-performance ratio of the ticket was reasonable, but some additional services such as the wifi could be improved. I think that would have been great for everyone. The journey time was acceptable, but a faster connection would have been more desirable, as it would have saved about 15 minutes by car. The comfort during the journey was average. The seats were adequate, but not particularly comfortable. The interior of the train could also be better. Above all, as already mentioned, an improved internet connection would have been more convenient. Overall, my train journey was quite good, but definitely not perfect. However, it is still recommendable.
Advantages
IconPunctual
Disadvantages
IconNone at all
The first thing I would like to mention is that the train was on time. The train journey was about six hours long. I was therefore very pleased to have found a seat. The comfort was, in my opinion, unrivalled. I paid a very fair price for the ticket. It was also hygienic. Even the staff were very nice. I can't help but give the journey 5 stars.
Advantages
IconHygienic
Disadvantages
IconDelay
Unfortunately, the train I wanted to take back to Augsburg arrived a little late. The train itself was very hygienic and clean. There was also fast internet and good reception. The people on the train were very calm and relaxed. The openness of the staff and their helpfulness definitely contributed to this. My overall impression is very positive. Recommendation!
