The train was on time in Salerno and it took us about 2 hours to get there. I found the seats to be in perfect condition. The train staff were extremely friendly to me. The journey took a good 2 hours. I felt very comfortable during this time. My seat was comfortable and it didn't smell on the train. The train itself was well cleaned. Unfortunately, there was wet toilet paper on the floor in the toilet. Apart from that, there is nothing to complain about. We arrived at our destination station Salerno on time. At the beginning of the journey, I was very happy that the train was very punctual. On the train itself, however, the joy was tempered by the fact that it was not clean. Nevertheless, the staff were helpful at all times. The ticket price was definitely fair. A connection worth recommending.

The only downside of the journey was that the train was unfortunately much too late, 20 minutes late to be precise. The positive points include the cleanliness and hygiene, as well as the helpful staff. In addition, the other passengers were very relaxed, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. The price-performance ratio was very good. Overall, I regret to give the connection only four stars.

My train on this journey unfortunately arrived almost 20 minutes late. My seat was very clean and the bench was very soft. I would advise everyone to buy their ticket online so that there are no problems on the spot. As I had problems finding my platform, I contacted the staff. They were able to help me and politely explained the situation to me. That's why I give it 5 stars.
