The SJ Nord F6 offers a safe and reliable connection between Oslo and Trondheim. The train departed on time at 8.02am from Oslo S and also arrived on time at 2.40pm in Trondheim. In addition, the staff on board were very friendly and the train was also very clean, both in the corridor and in the toilets. The seats were also very comfortable and through the large clean windows you could enjoy the beautiful view during the journey.

The journey on the VY 17 from Oslo to Trondheim was fine overall, but there were a few things that could be improved. With a journey time of 6 hours and 38 minutes, the journey was long and there was little variety in the scenery, which made the journey a little monotonous. The seats were comfortable but not exceptional and the service on board was good, although the range of snacks and drinks could be a little more varied. The wifi was unstable, which made it a little difficult to use. Overall a solid journey, but with room for improvement.
