IconStaff was friendly
IconTrain was clean, had enough equipment and comfortable seats
Disadvantages
IconNo announcements on the train
The journey was made without changing trains, so it didn't take long. The Intercity to Leipzig had snack machines and plenty of toilets, which were very clean. The seats on the train were comfortable and had power sockets and internet connection. The staff here were friendly when checking tickets. However, I noticed that no announcements and connections were made. Otherwise, the train was very quiet and arrived on time.
Advantages
IconVery pleasant ride
IconTrain was as good as empty - relaxed
IconGood price-performance ratio
Disadvantages
IconTrain arrived a little later than expected
IconPlace was partly dirty
IconPeople talking aloud on the train
Due to a job interview, I travelled by train (class 2) from Magdeburg to Leipzig. The journey was very relaxed and good. The train was very empty, which made it even easier and more relaxed. Also for 9 €. Ticket you can't complain. The negative thing about the journey was that I arrived in Leipzig 5 minutes later than expected. In addition, my seat was slightly dirty.
Advantages
IconFast connection without too many stopovers
Disadvantages
IconTrain announced with delay
IconUnplanned stops along the route
The connection is great - if it runs to schedule. The train was announced to be late, and even more delays occurred during the course of the journey due to unplanned stops. The wifi on board was ok. There were few disconnections, but the internet connection should be more stable and smoother. The toilets worked, the staff were nice. The train was not very full at lunchtime.
Advantages

IconComfort and equipment of the IC
IconPersonnel
Disadvantages
IconPrice
I remember the train journey between Magdeburg and Leipzig as being almost perfect. I was one of the only passengers in my carriage and in general the atmosphere on the train was extremely relaxed and calm. The staff were extremely friendly and communicative and we left Magdeburg on time and arrived in Leipzig on time. As usual, the IC train had thoroughly satisfactory seating, freely accessible wifi and working toilets throughout the train.
Advantages
IconOn time and without changing trains
IconCleanliness on the train
IconComfort
IconNormal utilisation and pleasant volume
Disadvantages
IconSnack machine defective
IconToilet defective
The train from Magdeburg to Leipzig was normally full and the volume in the passenger compartment was pleasant. The train was definitely comfortable. Especially as the seats were very comfortable and had plenty of legroom. There were also plenty of power sockets and a stable internet connection. Unfortunately, one of the two toilets here was defective, so there was a build-up in the second toilet. The snack machine was also broken, so there were no catering options. I thought the cleanliness of the train was very good. Furthermore, the train wasn't late and I didn't have to change trains.
