I travelled from Berlin to Magdeburg and back and was pleasantly surprised. Both journeys were on time and I didn't have to worry about anything. The comfort was great, I had plenty of legroom and was able to work in comfort. The wifi was stable and the friendly crew were always available. The route offers beautiful views from time to time, especially on the return journey. For me, this was the less stressful and better alternative to the car. I would take it again.

I regularly commute from Magdeburg to Berlin Central Station and use the regional express to Stendal, where I change to the Deutsche Bahn ICE. I particularly appreciate the ICE 945, which I have deliberately chosen. At this rather quiet travelling time, there are always enough seats available - even without a reservation. You can also easily find free seats in the on-board restaurant. All in all, this connection is highly recommended.

The return journey was okay, but not quite as relaxing as I would have liked. Although the train was on time, it was quite noisy in the carriage, which made it difficult to read and relax. The seats were okay, but not particularly comfortable. The view was nice, but it was quite crowded, so I didn't have much room. On the plus side, I found it easy to charge my mobile phone. All in all, an average journey.

The wifi on the train was very limited, which made working on the move a little more difficult, which I found less than ideal. Apart from that, the train journey was really pleasant. I had a comfortable seat by the window with plenty of legroom and was able to enjoy a relaxed journey. I particularly liked the relaxed atmosphere and the punctuality of the train despite its stops. The staff were also friendly and supportive.

Unfortunately disappointing. The train arrived very late, the on-board restaurant was closed and the wifi wasn't working. It also smelled unpleasant in the carriage and the toilet was quite dirty. My reserved seat was free but uncomfortable. The staff made an effort, but couldn't do much. Overall, it was an exhausting journey in which hardly anything worked properly.

The train journey was satisfactory overall. I had a comfortable seat, the air conditioning worked perfectly and I was able to lean back and relax. It was particularly positive that the journey was on time. However, the wifi, which was weak and sometimes didn't work properly, was a minor drawback. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend the connection. However, I give it 4 stars.

Unfortunately, the punctuality left a lot to be desired and the train arrived 25 minutes late. At least the view along the route was very nice and the connection itself made sense. The comfort was average, the seats a little hard. The noise level in the compartment was relatively high, especially due to fellow travellers talking on the phone. There was no bistro on board, which was disappointing for a journey of over three hours. The toilets were okay, but not particularly well maintained. The price-performance ratio was just about right.

The train journey was pleasant and, above all, very fast. I was surprised at how quickly the journey was completed without any long stops. The seats were comfortable and the sockets worked perfectly. The only downside was the poor signposting at the station, which was a little confusing. However, the actual journey was smooth and relaxed.

I had a medium-long journey with several intermediate stops and was satisfied overall. I particularly liked the good signposting on the platform and in the carriage. I always knew where I had to go and where my seat was. Boarding also went smoothly, everything was clearly organised. The journey itself was pleasant, only the wifi was slow at times. But there were plenty of power sockets, even at individual seats, which was ideal for me as a commuter. A successful journey with minor technical weaknesses.

I was very happy with the journey for the price. I got a saver ticket and a direct connection without changing trains. The seat was fine, clean and with a table. Although the train was not new, it was perfectly adequate for the route. The power socket worked and there was enough space in the carriage. I deduct one star because there was no working display in the carriage, so I had to memorise the stops myself. Nevertheless, I would say that you get a lot for your money here.
