The seats were comfortable and clean, they had a leather armrest and headrest, which was very comfortable. There was a bistro near me, which I liked very much. The hygiene of the toilets was reasonably ok. I did not have to change trains as this was a direct connection. The price-performance ratio was acceptable. The staff were friendly.

What I found bad was that the train that was supposed to take me to Stuttgart was late and so I didn't catch the train in Stuttgart, whereupon I had to wait an extra hour. Of course, that doesn't always have to be the case, but it's annoying nonetheless. The train itself was clean. The internet was as good as you'd expect on a train.

ConnectionUnfortunately, I had a very bad experience on the Heilbronn-Munich route. The train was very late and even cancelled in the end. After about two hours, I was finally on the next train. It was so dirty and stank incredibly badly. In addition, there were so many people on the train due to the delay and the cancellation that you could hardly breathe.
