I travelled from Heilbronn to Stuttgart with the RE19059 in second class. The train arrived very punctually, the machine itself was very clean, as were the toilets. I had enough free seats and very good wifi. Nevertheless, I find the price too high for the short distance.
Advantages
IconPositive experience
IconMany extras
Disadvantages
IconNone
I could easily buy the ticket online, pay as well as print it out at home. The train arrived a little late, but it wasn't too bad, inside the train it was very pleasantly cool, there was a coffee machine and a snack machine. I was able to quickly find my seat, which looked and was very comfortable and sturdy. The toilet was very hygienic in my opinion and nothing was lacking. The staff were always present and very helpful. I was able to reach my destination very quickly and arrived on time for my appointment. A train service that I am happy to recommend.
Advantages
IconEasy online reservation
IconQuick
Disadvantages
IconSomewhat unclean
IconNo wifi
First of all, you absolutely need the DB app, without it you won't get anywhere. The online reservation worked great with the app. The train arrived on time and made a good impression. Unfortunately, things looked different on the train itself. The floor was sticky and the bars you hold on to were very dirty. My seat was okay, it wasn't quite comfortable, but it was enough. Disappointingly, there was no wifi on the train, so you couldn't continue working on your laptop. There was a coffee machine, but it didn't work. I didn't see any staff during the whole journey. The toilet looked very unhygienic, the toilet seat was yellow and there were no paper towels for the hands. Overall, an average train connection, which was very fast.

Disadvantages

The journey from Heilbronn to Stuttgart was on regional express 19059, in second class. The journey took about half an hour, which I would describe as speedy. I can't say anything about the service, as I didn't come into contact with the staff. They were almost unimpressive. The train was very clean overall. It was a relatively new train. There were no delays during the journey.

IconService
I took the ICE from Heilbronn to Stuttgart some time ago. The journey was super pleasant. The seats were very comfortable and clean. The hygienic conditions in the toilets were also very good. The volume on the train was pleasant and we were not delayed. Only the staff was very overworked and the service was therefore not so good. All in all, I am very satisfied with the ICE journey.
Advantages
IconConnection
Disadvantages
IconDelay
Normally, this is a very good train connection route. You can be in Stuttgart within 50 minutes if the trains are on time and not cancelled. This is the usual procedure on this route. If you have to catch a connecting train, you have to take this into account, because you usually miss it. The price-performance ratio for the tickets is reasonable. The hygiene on board leaves a lot to be desired.
Advantages
IconRelaxed
IconProblem-free
Disadvantages
IconNone
The booking of the online ticket went smoothly. I quickly found my platform, thanks to the good signposting. The train arrived on time and made a neat impression. It was clean and I quickly found my seat position. There was wifi on the train, as well as electricity, which made the whole journey much more pleasant. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. There was a toilet nearby, which was well maintained. A pleasant connection to recommend.

Disadvantages

I found this train connection pleasant and positive. The change was easy and I could find everything immediately. The train was on time, it was spacious, clean and pleasant. The seats were comfortable and the upholstery was not run down. The windows as well as the folding table were clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was wifi and electricity near me. The toilet was clean, everything was in place and it had a window. During the journey, I was able to switch off and even sleep a little. I felt this was a positive connection and would happily use it again.
Advantages
IconVery pleasant trip
Disadvantages
IconHave nothing to complain about
The process of this trip went smoothly. From booking to my destination, everything went smoothly. I was very satisfied with the trip, you meet nice people on the way, you get something to eat and drink if you feel like it. It's clean and the staff were really friendly. I listened to an audio book during the journey, so the trip was even more enjoyable. It's fun to travel with ICE.
Advantages
IconVery fast with lots of comfort
Disadvantages
IconActually none
The train departed almost on time, which is to be expected from a train connection between two large cities. The cleanliness of the train from Heilbronn to Stuttgart was impressive. Both the seats and the floors were in immaculate condition. There were plenty of power sockets to charge electronic devices during the journey, which was particularly practical. The train was easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. The toilets on the train were fine, but could be a little cleaner. Nevertheless, they were functional and served their purpose. Overall, the train journey from Heilbronn to Stuttgart was a pleasant experience. The positives far outweigh the minor flaws. I would recommend this connection to other travellers and use it again myself.
Advantages
IconFast journey
IconNice staff
IconGood wifi
Disadvantages
IconTrain delay
IconUnclean toilets
IconDefective sockets
On the journey from Heilbronn to Stuttgart, the facilities were not great, as the sockets were faulty, but the wifi worked very well. The comfort was also good, clean seats and a pleasant volume. The service was super nice staff and also good food in the restaurant. On the other hand, the cleanliness of the toilets was not so good, they were completely dirty. The journey time was quite good, except that the train was late. The price for the journey was quite reasonable.
Advantages
IconPunctuality
Disadvantages
IconNo negative properties
I have mostly positive memories of returning to Stuttgart by train. The train arrived on time and I felt welcome. The comfortable cushions allowed me to relax and I didn't have any back pain after the journey. The connection was stable and I was able to charge my mobile phone on the train. It was also kept very hygienic, which is why I can recommend the journey.
