The journey had been very nice. The staff took my luggage from me at the door and the train left on time. Everything was available on the train in terms of equipment. The only thing I had to criticise was the noise level on the train. The staff could have intervened.
Advantages
IconPunctual departure and arrival
IconCleanliness
Disadvantages
IconExpensive prices in the on-board restaurant
The seats were comfortable and the train was clean. In addition, the wifi worked reliably, which made the journey pleasant. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the selection in the dining car was limited and the prices for the food and drinks seemed a bit high. In addition, the power sockets were scarce, which limited the ability to charge electronic devices. Overall, however, an acceptable train journey.

Disadvantages

The train's facilities were adequate, with a working wifi that provided a reliable internet connection during the journey. Power sockets were also available, allowing passengers to charge their electronic devices during the journey. The comfort of the seats was satisfactory, with enough space and cushioning for a pleasant journey. The volume on the train was pleasant and allowed for a relaxed atmosphere for all guests. In terms of catering, unfortunately there was no option to purchase snacks or drinks on board. The service provided by the on-board staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were generally appropriate. The journey time was good, only about 50 minutes in total and it was not necessary to change trains. There were no delays.
