I travelled with the ICE 807 from Hamburg to Berlin. The journey was quite pleasant because the train offered comfort and a very well-kept ambience. It left Hamburg on time and arrived in Berlin on time as well. Unfortunately, there was no free wifi, which would have been appropriate. Instead, I was able to enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the route, which is not a bad thing.

IconPunctuality

IconCleanliness
My train journey from Hamburg to Berlin was extremely positive overall and I would like to share my experience. The two outstanding features of this journey were the punctuality and reliability. The punctuality of the train deserves special recognition. It left Hamburg at the scheduled departure time and even reached Berlin a few minutes earlier than expected. This precision is invaluable in today's fast-paced world. The reliability of the train also contributed to a stress-free travel experience. No unexpected incidents or delays marred my journey that start confidence in this train service. Unfortunately, a minor downer was the cleanliness of the train. Although it was not dirty, the cleaning could have been more thorough. A clean train undoubtedly contributes to the general well-being of the passengers. Overall, my train journey from Hamburg to Berlin was extremely pleasant. The punctuality and reliability far outweighed the minor cleanliness issue. I can recommend this train route to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable way to travel between Hamburg and Berlin.

I recently had the pleasure of travelling by train and was very impressed. The train was equipped with wifi, which I found very good as it allowed me to use my time effectively. The volume on the train was pleasant and not too loud. There were plenty of power sockets on the train, which was very handy as it allowed me to charge my phone. The train staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The price for the train journey was also very good. The seats were comfortable to sit on.
Advantages
IconVery modern train
IconFunctioning wifi
IconCleanliness of the train
Disadvantages

I was very satisfied with my journey from Hamburg to Berlin with Deutsche Bahn. We had a very new train, which made the journey much more comfortable. You definitely had enough legroom and could spend the train ride very comfortably. As it was a business trip for me, the wifi on the train is a very important factor during the journey. I had no problems at all with the wifi and it worked very well all the time. I can also only give the train staff the absolute best grade on this day - always most friendly and courteous. In addition, the train was very clean and all the bins were emptied.

Disadvantages

IconChaotic

The journey by ICE from Hamburg to Berlin was fast and with comfortable seats. Unfortunately, it was not apparent which seats were permanently reserved, which led to great chaos. Some reserved seats did not even exist. The toilet was functional and clean. The wifi was not so good and there were no sockets. The price was okay. There were too few options to store the luggage. The train was late. But the journey itself was otherwise comfortable and fast.

This year in May, I took a trip with Deutsche Bahn from Hamburg Hbf to Berlin. The wifi connection was excellent. My mobile phone and laptop were able to connect to the wifi without any problems. The train arrived in Berlin on time. The price was also quite reasonable. Unfortunately, the staff at the Zig were rather unfriendly. Hygiene was also not taken care of well enough. I found old coffee stains on the seats. The toilets were also not clean. In addition, there were a lot of transfers, which made the journey more difficult. Overall, it was a satisfying journey, but not very inspiring.
Advantages
IconNice staff
IconShort journey time
IconGood connection
Disadvantages
IconFull train
The journey from Hamburg to Berlin went smoothly and quickly. After a journey of just under two hours, we arrived at Berlin's main station. The train had comfortable seats and there was also enough space for luggage. Unfortunately, the train was a bit crowded, so some passengers were sitting in the aisles. Those who had reserved a seat had no problems. The staff on the train were very friendly.
Advantages
IconFast connection
IconNew trains
Disadvantages
IconPunctuality
Since I have to travel to Berlin a lot for work, I thought for a while about what would be the best way to travel. I can really recommend travelling by train, as the trains on this route are among the newest models and this is really noticeable in terms of comfort. For example, the trains are much quieter and the chairs are much more comfortable. Even in second class, you now have the feeling of being in first class.
Advantages
IconPunctuality
IconDedicated staff
IconComfortable seats
Disadvantages
IconNone
I can generally rate the price-performance ratio of my train journey as very good. The train journey only takes under 2 hours and is the best way for me to cover the distance from Hamburg to Berlin. We had very friendly staff during the train ride and the ticket control also went without any problems. As of the train was pleasantly case, allowing everyone to find a seat. I also had no complaints about the cleanliness of the train. Thumbs up in every respect!
Advantages
IconSuper comfortable
Disadvantages
IconStaff somewhat unfriendly
IconA bit loud because of other people
I found the journey went very quickly and thanks to the good wifi and power socket, I was able to quickly work through a few things on my mobile phone. The seats were also super comfortable, but unfortunately it was a bit noisy because of the other people and the staff at the bistro were a bit unfriendly. Otherwise, everything worked well and I thought it was surprisingly clean for a train. But all in all, the journey was really worth it.
Advantages
IconFast travelling time
IconNice service
IconGood price-performance ratio
Disadvantages
IconDirty toilets
IconBroken seat
IconTrain delay
On my train journey from Wifi to Berlin, the facilities were pretty good, the wifi worked very well and there were also plenty of power sockets available. As far as comfort is concerned, I can't speak so positively, as my seat was damaged, but the volume was very good for relaxing. The service was perfect, especially the staff were always friendly and helpful to us. The cleanliness was not good at all, the toilets were dirty and the train was generally not that clean. On the other hand, the journey time was good, except that we were a little late. I was very surprised by the price as it was quite cheap.
Advantages

Disadvantages

The experience with the train was mostly positive. The fare was reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The punctuality of the train made my journey much easier and the minimal need to change trains added to the convenience. However, there were some shortcomings. The wifi on board was unfortunately not reliable, which led to interruptions and poor reception on my mobile phone. The cleanliness of the toilets left a lot to be desired; they were very unkempt. The seats on the train also made a neglected impression. Overall, Deutsche Bahn offers a solid travel option, but improvements in the areas of wifi, cleanliness of the toilets and care of the seats would significantly enhance the journey.
Advantages
IconFast journey time
IconComfortable seats
IconGood wifi
Disadvantages
IconBad food in the board restaurant
IconFew sockets
IconVery busy train
On my train journey from Hamburg to Berlin, which was on 6.11.23, the facilities were fine. My seat was very comfortable, but there were few power sockets. The comfort was very good as the noise level on the train was pleasant. The service was great, especially the staff were always on hand to help with any problems. However, the train was very dirty. The journey time and price were unbeatable.
Advantages
IconComfortable
IconService
IconCatering
Disadvantages
IconWIFI
IconTemperature in the train
The journey was very pleasant. The train staff were helpful and very friendly. I had a very good meal in the on-board restaurant, where the staff were also friendly. Unfortunately, there are also negative aspects, as the cleanliness in the guest compartment leaves a lot to be desired. The tables here are sticky and there are also remnants of the previous passenger on the seats.
