Hamburg Hbf to Kiel Hbf train with Deutsche Bahn (ICE,EC)

Service: The overall service during my train journey was positive. The train staff were friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer questions and provide information about the itinerary. Reservation facilities were also available so I could book a seat in advance to ensure I had a seat of my choice. Information about delays or possible transfers was communicated clearly and in a timely manner, which made planning my trip easier. Cleanliness: The cleanliness on the train was commendable. The carriages were well maintained and hygiene standards were met. The toilets were cleaned regularly and had the necessary consumables. I felt comfortable during the journey and could enjoy the trip without worrying about cleanliness. Travel: The train service did not require changing trains, which made the journey more comfortable. One could relax and enjoy the journey without worrying about changing trains. The punctuality of the trains was satisfactory overall. The trains usually ran according to the timetable and I reached my destination on time.
