Full trainDefective air conditioning system45 minute delayI travelled the route from Frankfurt am Main to Münster with a change of trains in Mainz. The journey to Mainz was fine, even though the train was very full. On the rest of the journey from Mainz to Münster we only had problems and I am not at all satisfied with the journey. The train was overcrowded. Fortunately, I had reserved a seat when I booked the ticket. On top of that, the air conditioning was broken, so the train was quite warm. Then on the way to Münster there was a fault and we had to stop for almost an hour in the middle of nowhere. We arrived in Münster almost 46 minutes late and I missed my connecting train and had to wait another 2 hours in Münster. On a positive note, I would like to emphasise the Deutsche Bahn staff, who provided information and were otherwise very helpful.
