Poor comfortInitially high utilisation and high volumeI had to take the regional train from Dresden to Görlitz, which was very full at first. As the journey progressed, however, the capacity decreased. However, it was very noisy on the train due to the train's engines. I also didn't find the seats comfortable. I personally missed the armrests and the tables at my seat. The cleanliness of the train was okay. The toilets in particular looked hygienic and smelled good. The staff were friendly and carried out a quick check. The train was not delayed at all and I didn't have to change trains either. I can recommend the journey despite the lack of comfort.

When I had to show my ticket, the ticket inspector was also a bit unfriendly. But I have to say that the seat was quite comfortable and you could sit well in it. There was also plenty of legroom.
