Unfortunately, the journey was somewhat disappointing. The staff proved unwilling to help. The staff were also unwilling to inform me. The train was not clean. On the positive side, the train was punctual to the second. I must also note that the toilets were unclean. Unfavourably only 3 stars! The journey took about 60 minutes and I didn't have to change trains.

It was a real shame that the staff were very unfriendly and not at all helpful. On the other hand, the train was on time and it wasn't too crowded. The atmosphere was therefore very relaxed and I was able to get some work done thanks to the good network connection. The train number was 03982 and I didn't change trains. The journey took almost exactly one hour.

Disadvantages
IconCleanliness
The train journey with train number 7192 went well overall, but unfortunately it was not very tidy. The floor and seats should definitely have been cleaned more thoroughly. Even though it wasn't completely dirty, you could tell that the train had already travelled a few times. For a more comfortable journey, it would be great if the train was cleaned more often. Nevertheless, the journey itself was fine as the wifi was good and there was a bistro.

Disadvantages
Iconno bistro
The one-hour journey on train 8472 was extremely enjoyable. The train arrived on time, so I didn't have to change trains, which made the journey easy and pleasant. The seats were comfortable and the train was quiet. The Wi-Fi worked well, so I was able to relax and enjoy the journey. The train was a pleasant temperature and the view was beautiful. A journey that is overall pleasant and stress-free is something I would like to do again. Unfortunately, there was no bistro.
