IconNo staff available
IconDisplay defective
I had to change trains once from Cologne to Oberhausen. Both trains were on time, so the change was very relaxed. Unfortunately, I have to criticise the fact that there was no staff on either train and the display on the second train was even faulty, so you didn't know where it was going. However, both trains were clean and there was sufficient equipment. Furthermore, the seats on both trains were comfortable and there were even larger tables on the second train. There was also a snack machine on both trains. All in all, a good journey!
Advantages

IconComfortable
Disadvantages
IconSanitary facilities
I travelled from Cologne to Oberhausen by train because we have a condominium in Oberhausen and sometimes have to look after it. As always, the journey was very smooth and went without a hitch. The train arrived on time and made a clean and well-kept impression. There were no complications on the rest of the journey either. The price is justified for this connection. The only negative thing this time was the sanitary facilities, which were not so hygienic.
