I recently drove from Cologne to Duisburg. The journey was very good. The staff were super friendly and accommodating! The hygienic condition throughout the train was also very good, the only thing I didn't like about the journey was the wifi. Unfortunately, there were a lot of problems with the wifi on the journey and it crashed again and again.

The experience on this trip was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and the toilets were clean. Not only were the toilets clean, but so were the seats and tables. The seats were also very comfortable and the temperature was not too cold or hot. Unfortunately, the power sockets and the wifi didn't work. Otherwise, I liked everything very much and recommend this trip to others.

The journey was not good. I didn't have wifi or a power outlet. The seats were very uncomfortable and stinky. It was noisy and there was no food. The staff felt like they didn't exist. I had an online reservation and got the information there again. The toilets were dirty and I didn't have to change trains. The train was on time and cheap. Price-performance OK.

The ride was really great! The staff responded nicely to questions and helped when a water glass fell over. I was able to charge my mobile phone and put a curtain in front of the window when the sun was blinding. The train was really super clean. The toilets were also surprisingly freshly cleaned. The train was also there on time. It only got a little noisy once in between. The prices are also reasonable.

For this short trip, it's a good ticket. I had a power socket, but no wifi. I also had a waste bin. The seats were normal and it was a bit noisy. I didn't have any food because of this. The ticket inspector was very nice. I didn't have a reservation option, but still had a seat. I got information from an announcement by the train driver. The toilets were clean. Fortunately, I didn't have to change trains and the train was even on time. The price-performance ratio is really good. I would 100% buy the train ticket again.

While I was waiting for the train at the station, it arrived just in time, when I entered, it smelled very fresh inside, I sat down in my seat and switched on my laptop, the internet was very strong and uninterrupted, the toilets and the windows looked very clean, the travelling companions did their job well. There was also a lot of attention paid to hygiene, because hygiene is important. I recommend the trip to others.

While I was waiting for the train at the station, it arrived just in time, people boarded quietly. When I got on the train, it smelled very fresh, the floors and seats were very clean, I sat down and ordered something, I ate something very fresh and it came quickly, uninterrupted internet, everything very nice, the toilets were exceptionally hygienic. Since the trip gets 5 stars, that means it's nice. I am also happy to pass it on.

IconThe observance of hygiene
I am very happy to recommend the trip as everything I noticed was positive and it deserves 5 stars. I really liked the food. There was also a lot of attention paid to hygiene and the train was clean. What was also great was that the train looked very nice. I had, fell, burst at the seat. I really liked the service and as I mentioned before, the food was very tasty, but so was my coffee. That was my great ride.

There was one small thing that I didn't like, and that was the delay of the train. Apart from that, there was nothing that struck me as negative. The staff were very humorous and also entertaining. The atmosphere was cool. I really liked the services and the food was good. The wifi was also relatively good. My ticket was very cheap. I travelled alone in 2nd class. I had power access at my seat. My seat was comfortable and I had plenty of room. I'm passing on the trip despite the delay, as everything else was good.

I met up with my family in Duisburg to visit the zoo. Luckily I booked an early train connection, as of course another train was cancelled and the next one was also late. Once I was on the train, however, I had a good seat and was even able to work a bit on my laptop. The train was equipped with a charging socket. The train was also not that full. I arrived in Duisburg in time for my visit.

Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed as the train was late. The journey itself was very nice. It was very hygienic and clean. The staff were also very nice. I also always had a good network and stable reception. The price of the ticket was definitely reasonable. I would also like to say that the temperature was pleasant. I therefore rate the journey with 5 stars. A clear recommendation.
