As my father was born in Bochum and wanted to visit his home town, we travelled from Cologne to Bochum by train. The train arrived at the station on time and made a clean and well-kept impression. We sat in a neat group of seats, the journey was quiet and pleasant and there were no disruptions on the way to Bochum. My mobile phone was easy to connect to the wifi. The sanitary facilities we used were quite clean. I would recommend the train at any time
