Pro
IconUncomplicated
IconGood price-performance ratio
Cons
IconEverything was fine
The train connection was mostly on time, with only a minimal delay of around 5 minutes on arrival in Cologne. The price-performance ratio of the train journey was excellent. The cost of the ticket was reasonable. The cleanliness of the train was generally good, the compartments and common areas were neat and tidy. The free wifi on board worked perfectly. The connection was stable and the speed was sufficient. The toilets on the train were clean and well equipped. However, there were times when more frequent cleaning would have been beneficial. The seats were comfortable and offered a lot of space, which improved the seating comfort. However, the upholstery of the seats could be a little thicker. Overall, this train journey from Cologne to Bad Oeynhausen was a positive experience.

I was very well advised by the train staff. The service was really great. The transfer options were great and everything went smoothly. There were plenty of seats on the RE and they were also very comfortable. Unfortunately, what I missed was the constant wifi on the train. The toilets on the journey were very dirty. I avoided using this. Despite everything, I would use this connection again in the future.

On my train journey from wifi to Bad Oeynhausen, the facilities were perfect, there were plenty of power sockets and the wifi was also really great. The comfort was also good as it was very quiet on the train and the catering was also great. The service was also great again, the staff were always helpful and friendly. The cleanliness was not so good, however, as the toilets were not clean, as is so often the case. The journey time was really great, it was super quick, even if it was delayed. However, the price was quite expensive.
