Advantages
IconNo delays and no changes
IconCleanliness on the train and in the toilets
IconComfortable seats with top equipment and snack machine
IconNo high capacity utilisation
Disadvantages
IconAnnouncements incomprehensible
IconNo staff
IconToo loud in the passenger compartment
The train from Aachen to Düsseldorf was not very busy, but it was far too noisy in the passenger compartment. There was also no staff on board, so no ticket inspection was carried out. Only the announcements were made manually by the train driver due to the defective passenger information technology, but they were not very comprehensible. I found the seats on the train to be very comfortable and well equipped, even with a snack machine. I also found the cleanliness on the train and in the toilets very good. The train was very punctual and I didn't have to change trains.
