Often delaysI occasionally take the ICE 17 from Aachen to Berlin Central Station and find this connection very practical, as it goes directly to Berlin without changing trains. This saves time and makes the journey more pleasant. However, the train is usually very busy, which is why I recommend reserving a seat if you want to travel in comfort. One disadvantage is that the ICE 17 often arrives around 20 minutes late. Even though this is just about acceptable for me, better punctuality would be desirable.

However, it was positive that this was a direct connection. The cleanliness and hygiene on the train was fine. I would not recommend the journey due to the delay.
