Barcelona Airport is situated 12km to the southwest of the city centre, so visitors on flights from Edinburgh to Barcelona, must find appropriate transport to reach the city. Travellers can catch the Aerobus express bus service from the airport to Plaça Espanya or Plaça de Catalunya in Barcelona. Alternatively, there is the TMB Airport Bus No 6, which runs between 5:00 a.m. and midnight, and also the NitBus N17, which operates throughout the night from about 10:00 p.m.
