The punctuality of the flight was impressive, both departure and arrival were on schedule. Another positive point was the air conditioning in the aircraft. The temperature in the cabin was perfectly regulated and the air quality was excellent. This contributes to a comfortable flight experience. Finally, the reservation options were very user-friendly and efficient. I was able to easily reserve the seat I wanted, and the entire booking process went smoothly. Unfortunately, the cabin was not as clean, neat and hygienic. The comfort of the seats was also inadequate. They were not particularly comfortable and cosy. The entertainment on board was disappointing, there were only a few options that were not exciting or topical. The volume was not adequate. Overall I thought the trip was great for the price and the staff.
