The timetable was adhered to and there was a punctual arrival and departure. Reservation, ticket purchase and seat selection was easy to do online and worked without any problems. The journey time was as expected and did not change. Comfort was as expected and hardly available as the bus was very full. Air conditioning, wifi and sockets available and fully functional. Cleanliness in the bus - WC not used. Service was fine - bus driver was friendly and provided us with all the information we needed. Price-performance ratio was unfortunately not in line, as you can already get cheaper and more comfortable train journeys for this price.
