The station is located in the suburbs but linked to the city centre by local buses and trains. The city itself also has a light railway, trams and one Metro line. Station facilities at Dworzec PKS Warszawa Zachodnia include car parking, a taxi rank, toilets, left luggage storage, wifi, ATMs, currency exchange, shops, bars and cafes.
