Visitors travelling from Eindhoven to Amsterdam can use the train and bus services, with the fastest journey taking an hour by train. The longest journey is over six hours via bus. Those who wish to ride the bus while travelling from Eindhoven to Amsterdam can do so via the Flixbus service. The buses depart from Eindhoven Stationsweg and arrive at Amsterdam Sloterdijk. The shortest route by bus is around five hours, with slower paced rides in the morning taking up to six hours. The service runs every three hours, from around 8:00 a.m. to early evening. There is one change for Flixbus, which is at Antwerpen, Koningin Astridplein.
The train service is provided by NS. The train departs from Eindhoven station, with one change at Vtrecht Central Station, and ends at Amsterdam Central Station. The trains run twenty four hours a day every thirty minutes. The quickest train when travelling from Eindhoven to Amsterdam is almost an hour, while the longest rises up to one hour and thirty minutes to two hours. The routes are fastest in the mornings and evenings, with the longer journeys occurring in the afternoon.
