Comfort in the double-decker trainWith my 1st class Interrail ticket, I used the Interregios 2633 and 2936 (Lucerne-Interlaken-Express) for my journey from Zurich via Lucerne to Interlaken. Both trains were on time, so I was travelling for 3:45 hours. The first part of the journey was not spectacular, it went through tunnels and 1st class only offered a little more legroom, nothing else. On the second section, however, there was 1st class with leather seats and tables, which was very comfortable. The panoramic view of the mountains and lakes was particularly impressive; I enjoyed a fantastic view through the panoramic windows! There were also maps on the tables showing the route, which was helpful for orientation. The cleanliness and friendliness of the conductors were excellent on both trains.

Is there noThe train journey from Zurich to Interlaken with the direct connection (train number IC 8) was simply perfect. The departure from Zurich was on time and the entire journey took around 1 hour and 55 minutes. The train was spotlessly clean, the seats were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to relax and enjoy the journey. The view of the beautiful Swiss countryside passing by was particularly impressive. Everything was just right - from the quiet atmosphere to the friendliness of the staff. Definitely a 5-star journey that I can recommend to anyone!

The staff at the desk were always friendly and the journey times were reliably adhered to, as the train departed Zurich on time at 10:44 and arrived at its destination on time at 12:51, so there was no need to change trains. The train was also well equipped, as it had wifi and enough sockets to charge your mobile phone and the seats were very comfortable.

Delay of 20 minutesI had to travel a total of 2 hours from Zurich to Interlaken, but without having to change trains. Unfortunately, the train left late, so I arrived in Interlaken 20 minutes late. The train was very clean and the toilets were hygienic. There were plenty of power sockets and wifi on the train, as well as comfortable seating. The train wasn't very full, so it was relatively quiet. The staff here were also friendly, so in the end I can say that it was a nice journey.
