On a positive note, the price was reasonable and the service on board was nice. I will probably take the car on this route in future.

Unfortunately, the train was very crowded and you are not as flexible with a train connection.

Our compartment was clean and quiet. There was another family in the toddler compartment, so it was a bit cramped, but that was fine.
