I travelled from Mannheim to Koblenz and can say that the journey was great. Especially because I travelled at breakneck speed on the ICE. The trains were extremely modern and well equipped. You felt comfortable. Although the first train was slightly late, I still reached Koblenz on time. The staff on board were always polite and even served coffee at my seat.
Advantages
IconUncomplicated
IconGood punctuality
My train arrived very punctually. And the staff were professional and made sure that passengers could board without any problems. The ticket price was reasonable compared to other providers. There were no hidden fees and the online booking was hassle-free. The overall cleanliness of the train was satisfactory. The seats and passenger compartment were tidy, the wifi was available but not always reliable. There were moments during the journey when the connection was interrupted. The toilets on the train were clean and well equipped. There were enough toilets for the passengers and the staff took care of the regular cleaning. The seats on the train were very comfortable and very soft. There was enough space and the headrest was adjustable. Overall, I was very happy with this train journey and would happily do it again.

Disadvantages
IconNone
I was pleasantly surprised by the punctuality of this train connection. The price-performance ratio was reasonable and, in my opinion, quite favourable compared to most providers. The seats were comfortable and looked very fresh. Each aisle had a power socket at one seat, which was fully functional. The wifi sometimes worked well, sometimes not at all. The toilet facilities were very clean, well equipped and tidy. The train staff were very friendly and helpful, otherwise I liked this train connection very much, so I would like to recommend it to others.
Advantages
IconPunctuality
Disadvantages
IconCleanliness
In contrast to my return journey, the train was on time on the outward journey and there were no problems due to cancellations or any other problems. I can't complain about almost anything except the toilets, because they weren't clean at all and there was no good hygiene.
Advantages
IconPunctuality
IconCleanliness
Disadvantages
IconLittle time between changes
My journey from Mannheim to Koblenz involved a change of trains in Mainz. The change went smoothly, but I would have liked more time. Fortunately, the train arrived on time in Mainz. I can say that the service was positive and all my questions were answered by the staff. The trains made a well-maintained impression on me, they were clean and tidy.
Advantages
IconClean
IconComfort
Disadvantages
IconUnpunctual
I travelled from Mannheim to Koblenz and had to change trains once in Mainz. The views along the route were picturesque, especially along the Rhine Valley. The seats were comfortable and the carriages very clean, which contributed to a pleasant travelling experience. One minus point, however, is the unpunctuality. I reached my destination with a delay of almost 20 minutes. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend this connection.
