Advantages
IconFriendly staff
IconComfortable seats and very good equipment
IconCleanliness and hygiene
IconNo high utilisation and pleasant volume
IconOn time and without changing trains
Disadvantages
IconLonger journey time
I had to take the S-Bahn from Krefeld to Düsseldorf, so the journey took a little longer overall. However, the train was not very full and had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff here were also friendly and carried out a quick ticket check. I found the seats comfortable and the furnishings were fine. There were plenty of power sockets and a stable internet connection, which is very good for a suburban train. The cleanliness and hygiene were also very good. To summarise, the journey was perfect as the train wasn't late and I didn't have to change trains.
